Mr. Jide Adams – Group Head, Information Technology
Mr. Jide Adams heads the Information Technology Group of the organization. He joined Standard Alliance Insurance Plc in March, 2015 from New Prudential Mortgage Bank Limited where he was Group Head, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy.
He commenced his career at cornerstone Insurance Plc in 2000 where he worked as an insurance underwriter, Control and Compliance Officer and eventually in the Information Technology Department as Assistant Manager, Information Technology. He later moved to Finbank Plc in 2007 as Head, E- Products Control of the Systems Control Group until 2012 when he left to join Liberty Assets Limited in 2012 where he worked as the Information Technology team lead of the Due Diligence Team during the process of acquisition of a mortgage bank by the organization and subsequently became Group Head, Information Communication Technology and Operations, First Amalgamated Building Society Limited post acquisition in 2013.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Ambrose Alli University (2004) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State (1998).
He is a fellow of the Institute of Information Management (FIIM), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and he is also certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and He is also a Professional Member of the Institute of Risk.
